Good day on the water with my Fiance caught loits of fish on a chigger craw. Was only able to cull up to 8.6lbs and finish in 13th not bad but its hard for me on this lake as there is a HP restriction. But we did good she was only able to boat three keepers but we did it together thats the best doing what you love with the one you love doesn't get any better than that, 

Grand Lake started normally for me no fish, I decided to leave early and get three good days of practice. Got on the water at 11:30am Thursday and fished till dark and caught no fish but fished a lot of water. Put the boat on the trailor and found my trim motor not working. So to the hotel to find someone to fix in the am found Don Newman at Phlipot's Marine in FT. Loramie, Ohio, Don took care of my problem right away as soon as I ppulled in, 

Well another poor finish on yet another favorite lake of mine, not even a bite threw every thing at them and couldn't get a bite. The water was very high and the wind was whipping pretty good, but was able to fish some places you normally cant get to on normal conditions but it didn't matter just wasn't able to get them to bite. 

Well the first tourny of the year was an adventure to say the least, it started with a blow out on the trailor on the trip to Kentucky and a hard time changing to the spare. The next day I spent all day replacing all tires on trailor and shopping for better tools and a better jack for roadside use, one day of practice gone.
